He is survived by: his wife Noreen Brennan-Rowe; and his nieces and nephews, Brianne Stevens Norristown, Cailynn Stevens Downingtown, Kyle Rowe of Hackettstown, NJ, Jason Rowe of Hampton, NJ, James Stevens of Milford, NJ and Francis Alvare. He is also survived by his wife, dogs, friends, family members.
Joseph was 67 years old and suffering from progressive Parkinsons Disease while trying to recover from COVID and a second total hip replacement.
