He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Franklin I. Shuman and Bernice S. Shuman; his children, Michael Shuman and Karen Shuman (David Lysen); his grandchildren, Charlie Shuman-Lysen, Emily, Lily, Megan and Elizabeth Shuman; his siblings, Eddie Shuman (Kathy), Bill Shuman and Deborah Kashdan (Geoffrey); his nieces and nephews, Alan Shuman, Seth Ullian, Jodi Capobianoco (Paul), Miryam Shuman (Hani) and Monika Ullian; and his close friend Jack Altschuler (Marilyn).
