He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John Miller, Rose, Odell Collins and Janette Collins. He is survived by: his parents, Steven Lee Collins (Jessa) of Jacksonville, FL and Paula Brown Collins of Atlantic Beach, FL; his sister Summer Conca (Adolfo) of Jacksonville, FL; and his grandmother Saundra Deeley (Pete) of Keystone Heights, FL. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
