With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandy Wigle Carpenter of Atlantic Beach, Florida, born in Decorah, Iowa, who passed away on September 7, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Merlin McCabe and Lola McCabe (Farnsworth); her husband Ken Carpenter; her sons, Rick Wygle (Lisa) of Birmingham, AL and Blair Wygle (Kim); her stepsons, Kendall (Jeannette), Chris and Michael of Granville, OH; her grandchildren, Lindsey (Colby), Adam, Sarah, John and Sam; her great grandchild Max Martin; and her siblings, Lana Courson of Orange Park, FL and Jack McCabe (Sharon) of Foley, FL..
