She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Johnson and Elizabeth S. Johnson (James W. Penn Jr.); her brothers, Stanley, George and Ronald Johnson; her daughter Mona J. Penn; and her granddaughter LaKevia M. Penn.

She is survived by: her husband James W. Penn II; her children, Roxanne Kennedy (Freddie), Debrah Walker, Guyland Penn, Cornell Penn (Gloria), James Penn III (Barbara), Ronald Penn (Jackie), Valerie Joshway (Gary) and Maurice Penn (Jennifer); her siblings, Beverly Gwynn, Sarah Murray Annapolis, MD (James) and Albert Johnson Annapolis MD (Valeria); and her siblings-in-law, Shirley Penn, Blondell Penn, Julie Oakes, Walter, Barry, Fred Penn and Greg Penn. She is also survived by 25 Grandchildren, 53 Great Grandchildren.

Sister Penn was such a loving and fun person we had lots of great times together. My condolences to the family. She will be greatly missed R.I. P.
