He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Ella; and his sister Grace. He is survived by: his wife Donna Jean Maas of Atlantic Beach, FL; his children, Susan Moore (Terry), Karen Hoffman, Bobby Cappock and Nancy Grawe (Bill); his grandchildren, Courtney Bilyeu (Allan), Erin Allen (Josh), Lindsey Lacz (Kevin), Terry Moore (Hyijin), Emily Johnson (Dan), Sarah Tomashefski (Mike) and Mary Lemm (Chris); and his siblings, Jim and Janet. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and adopted family members.
