He was predeceased by: his son Jason; and his parents, Richard and Helen. He is survived by: his wife Simonne; his children, Heather, Jennifer (Jason) and Doug; and his grandchildren, Connor, Avery, Ryan and Reagan. He is also survived by his family and friends.
