She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Judd and Gloria Judd; and her sister Elizabeth Judd. She is survived by: her daughter Mitchelle Holland (Lee); her sister Judith Ann Judd; and her niece Hannah Kittell (Makoto). She is also survived by numerous cousins and beloved friends.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to Mayport Cats, PO Box 11093 Jacksonville, FL 32239 would have made Penny very happy.
