It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick Bell of Atlantic Beach, Florida, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on October 10, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bell and Loretta Bell; and his siblings, William and Linda. He is survived by: his wife Judy; and his son Michael.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Andrew's Lutheran Church or a favorite charity.

“Dear Judy, Pat and I were friends, especially when we both served Lutheran congregations in Davenport. We traveled together to Miami for a social ministry conference. He was one of the best that the Lutheran clergy had to offer. He also had a great sense of humor. I was proud to count him as a friend. God be with you and Michael. Gordy Lundberg”
