It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna E. Samonte of Atlantic Beach, Florida, who passed away on February 20, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Conner and Lula Conner (Fowler); her siblings, Ida Mae Knight, Mary Frances Combs and Edgar Conner; and her husband Joe Samonte.
She is survived by: her children, George "Pete" Parish (Joann) of Glen St, Jose Samonte of Atlantic Beach and Maria Samonte of Atlantic Beach; and her grandchildren, Lori O'Neal, Kevin Williams, Stephanie Davis, George "Little Man" Parish, Jr. and Joseph Parish. She is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren; as well as a host of extended family.
