She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Middleton and Dennie Middleton. She is survived by: her husband Hal; her daughter Lynne Hahn; her granddaughters, Missy Cook (John) and Tori Hahn (Craig); her great grandchildren, Johnny Cook (Marlena) and Jenny Cook; and her great great grandchildren, Hutchens and Rhet. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to one of Charlotte's favorite charities, Wounded Warriors.
