He was predeceased by: his brother Lynn Hepler. He is survived by: his sister Gail Rafalko (Stanley) of Natrona Heights; and his nieces and nephews, Gregg, Scott Rafalko, Crystal, Jodi Rafalko, Nicole and Natalie Hepler.
