He is survived by: his wife Sally Middleton; his children, Dean Middleton, Ron Shaw, Ray Shaw (Amanda), Charles Taylor (Jackie) and Michelle Hagenbuch (Randy); and his sister Joyce Foster. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
