She was predeceased by: her parents, George Ammons and Seanie Stewart (Charles Martin Mothershed Sr.); her son Charles Martin Mothershed Jr.; and her sisters, Lois Wilson, Maxine O'Neal and Alma Brim.
She is survived by: her children, George Mothershed (Deborah), Orlando, Darrell Mothershed (Deborah), Delma Mothershed, Deborah Webb, Katherine Murray (Kavis) and Vivian Whidden (Wilson); and her husband Charles Martin Mothershed Sr.. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
