He was predeceased by: his son Shane Neads; his parents, Donald Neads and Phyllis Neads; and his granddaughter Katie Grace. He is survived by: his wife Debra Neads; his children, Cindy Neads and Wayne Neads; his daughter-in-law Karen Neads (Gary Traylor); his grandchildren, Kyle Neads (Ashton), Shane Neads, David Neads (Jeileem), Natalie Neads (Nathan) and Kayden Neads; his great grandchildren, Cheyenne, Jeff, Asher, Kinsey and Onyx; his caregiver Roxann Cross; and his siblings, Donna Hurst and Daniel Neads.
