He is survived by: his wife Linda Lee Skaggs; his children, Jeff Jenkins of Huntington, Sherri Boster of Huntington and David Jenkins (Ann) of Proctorville, OH; his stepchildren, Steve Fannin of Kenova, WV and Christina Johnson of Lake Placid, FL; and his sister Elaine Martin of Roanoke, VA. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a aunt.
