She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Maurice Lowe and Lola Mae Crawford Lowe; her husband Curtis Hall; and her siblings, Russell Lowe and Alberta Lowe.
She is survived by: her children, Charlene Mills (Mark) and James "Buddy" Hall; her sister Maxine Keen (Bill); and her grandchildren, Jason Mathis, Jessica Caruso, Mark Mills and Taylor Douberley. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
