He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Finley and Zella Finley (Wendt); his daughter Julie Robison; and his siblings, Andrew Finley (Shirley), Raymond Fitzpatrick (Betty) and Enis Jessie (Daniel Finley).
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Stone; his son Jerome Finley (Mellissa); his son-in-law Rod Robison; and his grandchildren, Alex Finley (Terra), Stephanie Ehlers (Kenneth), Ashley Finley, Bradley Jackson, Jacob Finley, Jeremy Finley (Quinn) and Shayna Wales (Terry). He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
