He was predeceased by: his parents, Corbin Hall and Nora Hall. He is survived by: his wife Sonja L. Hall; and his children, David E. Hall Jr., Pamela A. Miller and Jeffrey A. Hall. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Legion of Arcadia, or the Shriners Hospital for Children.
