He is survived by: his wife Donna Pavlichek; his daughters, Emily Hooker (Jerris) of Tallahassee and Julie Wrobel (Brian) of Iowa City; his grandchildren, Leander, Sadie Wrobel, Kora and Iris Hooker; and his siblings, Carol Walrath and Tom Yambasky (Nancy).
