He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chester and Anna Chester; and his siblings, John Chester and Patricia Collins. He is survived by: his significant other Carole Chester; his children, Carolynne Chester, Richard Chester (Barbara) and Sandra Chester; and his grandchildren, Shawon Rivers, Morgan Chester, Courtney Paulsen (Tyler) and Indigo Chester. He is also survived by several Great-Grandchildren, Nieces, and Nephews.
