He was predeceased by: his parents, Norberto Portal and Estrella Portal. He is survived by: his daughter Naomy Portal; his siblings, Aristides Portal, Claribelle Hernandez (Raul), Mimi Nix (Mark) and Jose Portal; his stepchildren, Faviola Guevara (Mike) and Jovin Guevara; his nieces and nephews, Gloribelle, Raúl Jr., William, Joevanni, Zachary, Isaac, Jenny and Aimee; and his uncles, Clemente Hernández and Israel Hernández. He is also survived by numerous grand-nieces & nephews, and many cousins and friends.
Viewing was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Highland Funeral Home (3329 E Semoran Blvd, Apopka, FL 32703). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Highland Funeral Home & Memory Gardens (3329 E Semoran Blvd, Apopka, FL 32703).
