He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Dugan and Sue Dugan; his brothers, Mike Dugan and Tim Dugan; and his great grandchild Bailey Willis.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki Dugan (Bale); his sons, Jason Dugan (Ralanda) and Aaron Dugan; his siblings, Dan Dugan (Nykol) and Joyce Dugan Sanders (George); and his grandchildren, Emily Dugan, David Dugan and Skylar Dugan.
