He is survived by: his sisters, Joice Stephens, Gloria Scott, Mamie Patterson (Andre), Eunice Stephens-Broadnax, Jacqueline Odom and Gail Wellon (Lonzie); his close friend Machell Chunn; and his brother-in-law Earl C. Moore (Maria).
