He was predeceased by: his parents, Obadiah Palmer and Jennie Lee Palmer. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Palmer of Leesburg, Anthony Palmer of Mount Dora, Florida and Tawanda Palmer-Casiano (Emanuel) of Eustis, Florida; and his grandsons, Tarrell Bailey and Devonta Bailey.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Faith Outreach Ministries Church (3409 Dew Berry Ave, Apopka, FL 32712). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
