With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Don Robert Mueller (Apopka, Florida), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 3, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Jeff, Laurie, Susan, Beth and Brett; his father Laurie; his wife Irene; his former wife Nancy; his grandchildren, Callista Mueller, Kailey Mueller, Matthew Potter, Kevin Potter, Nick Boyer, Joshua Kendrick, Lauren Kendrick, Ashley Kendrick, Heidi Mueller and Kyle Mueller; his stepchildren, Janelle Shives (Jason) and Lance Moorhead; and his stepgranddaughters, Josephine Shives, Jenna Shives and Jessica Shives.

In 1994, while playing in a charity doubles tournament at the Orlando Racquet Club, Don met Irene Moorhead, and they struck up a conversation.
