She was predeceased by: her husband Peter Sypien; and her parents, Frederick Macchio and Josephine Macchio (Bielawa). She is survived by: her daughter Justine Waughtel (John) of Jacksonville; her granddaughter Josephine; her brother Fred Macchio (Laura); her niece Jennifer Moncada (Joe); and her nephew Michael Macchio.
