It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randall R. Powell (Apollo Beach, Florida), born in Clarksville, Maryland, who passed away on February 24, 2020, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Sim; his father Richard Powell; and his sister Vickie Becker.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Food Pantry at Redeemer Church.
