She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Bart Allen Huggins and Tammy Lee Huggins; her pet Melody; her sister Barbara Kiemle (Ernest) of Red Creek, NY; her parents, Maida Pearl and Weston Brown of Elmira, NY.; and her husband William R. Huggins. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
