He was predeceased by: his siblings, William, Benny, Charles (CL), Henry (Hank), Bonnie Robuck and Mary Tucker.

He is survived by: his parents-in-law, Robert Petersen (Pete) and Lonell Petersen (Tison); his sister-in-law Debbie Petersen; his wife Diane; his daughter Angela (Donald Butler); his grandson Sam Butler; his son James (Clark); and his grandchildren, Haley, Sarah, London, Sisters Sarah Witten and Emma Jewel McCall.
