He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his sons, Justin Kotala (Sabrina) and Eric Kotala (Laura); his sister Cheryl Selvey; his mother-in-law Margaret Ballenger; his siblings-in-law, Connie Snyder (Dana), Carol Bodden (John), Caryn Hibdon, Donna Watson (Jimmy), Rocky Stephens (Lisa) and Chip Ballenger (Missy); and his pets, Riley and Roxy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
