He was predeceased by: his mother Jane Taylor (Mom). He is survived by: his wife Kay Taylor; his children, Steven Taylor (Roberta), Suzette Davis (Randall), Angello Bartolotta, Alisha Bennett, Terese Bartolotta, Christopher Taylor (Leana), Heather Fisher (Nick) and Kimberly Martin-Bailey; his grandchildren, Steven (Mae), Alexandrea, Taylor (David), Randi Jane, Hayden, Giovanni, Brayden, Codey, Miley Hope, Nicholas Frederick and Libby; and his siblings, Marylou Blasius (Val), Sue Browning (Dennis) and Bill Taylor (Sue).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations offered in his name, directly to an organization deeply close to Dr. Taylor's heart, Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Mission, Wimauma, FL, as well as the Lewy Body Dementia Association, Lilburn, GA.

“Dr. Taylor was kind, compassionate, funny, and so relatable. I know Alisha and Suzette from East Bay HS days. Sorry to learn of Dr. Taylor's passing. When I was going to North Africa to be in the Peace Corps, I had shots that I needed which were not your typical vaccines. He cracked jokes to put me at ease about this huge leap into the unknown. Made me feel better about heading off to Africa. We will miss Dr. Taylor as he was a kind caregiver to our family.”
