He was predeceased by: his parents, John Baxter and Ruth Martha Mace; and his sister Susan Baxter Mace. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Bevan (Stephanie) of Chevy Chase, MD and Jeff (Ellen) of Washington, DC.; his grandchildren, Isabelle, Sophie, Patrick and Emily; his sister Paula Mace of Apollo Beach, FL; his brother-in-law James Murphy (Marcia); his nieces and nephews, Kim Minnick, Jason Murphy (Cassie) and Macie Bemrick (Brandon); and his pet Austin.
