It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy Caulkins of Apollo Beach, Florida, born in Carmi, Illinois, who passed away on June 27, 2021, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Lichtenberger and Hetty Lichtenberger; her husband Dr. Frank A. Caulkins; her siblings, Edna Beckett, William (Buddy) and Donald Lichtenberger; and her niece Cheryl Ann Beckett.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dr. Ann Ogg (late Ray Ogg) of Tonopah, Sue Marion (John) of Scottsdale, Dr. Dottie Erb (late John) of Akron, Cindy Caulkins of Ruskin Florida and Lisa McLaughlin (Patrick) of Liberty Township, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Cindy Erb Holmes of Florence, Eric Erb of Williamstown, Dr. Andi Erb Jopperi of Akron, Jared Erb of Columbus, Peter Eveland of Phoenix, Kristen Eveland Popham of Prescott, Daniel McLaughlin of St. Louis and Sean McLaughlin of West Chester, Ohio.; and her nieces and nephews, Doris Beckett Zigler, Jill Lichtenberger, Dr. Charles Beckett, John Lichtenberger, Tom Lichtenberger and Chris Starkweather. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
