He is survived by: his sisters, Nancy and Sandy; his wife Lolita Collis; his children, Kurk Collis (Ruth), Cheryl Jones (Michael) and Dan E. Collis (Kelly); his grandchildren, Sheila Wolfe (Rusty), Craig Stewart (Mary), Darin Collis, Ryan Collis, Jordan Collis and Caleb Collis; his great grandchildren, Devin Wolfe, Christopher Wolfe, Austin Wolfe, Kimberly Collis, Damian Collis, Clare Stewart, Sarah Stewart and Mason Stewart; and his mother-in-law Mildred Aumack.
