She is survived by: her close friend Robert Russell of Apalachicola, Florida; her son Rusty Perkins of Maryville, Tennessee; her grandsons, Bryson and Logan Davenport of Ellijay, GA; her sister Angela McKinney (Dean Dugan) of Cherokee; her uncle Wayne Farmer (Shelby) of Hiawassee, Georgia; her niece Ashley Dugan of Cherokee; her nephew Lainey; and her siblings-in-law, Charlotte Schneider (Dell) of Apalachicola, Florida and Carlos Russell (Rosa Lee) of Eastpoint, Florida. She is also survived by cousins and her special K-9 companion.
