She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Andreas and Iphigenia Couvelas Mescure; her husband Nicholas John Nichols of Apalachicola; her daughters, Iphigenia Isabella and Rosalie; and her grandson Matthew James Pieper.
She is survived by: her child John Nicholas Nichols; her grandchildren, Nicholas Brannock and Christopher Brannock; her sister Cleo Mescure Lekas; her cousin Despo Mescure Athanasiades; her nieces and nephews, John Lekas, Eula Lekas, Nick Lekas, George Nichols, Johnny Nichols, Cathy Nichols Williams, Photis Nichols, Jr. and Constantine Nichols; and her child God Greek Orthodox Church.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Holy Mother of God Greek Orthodox Church in Tallahassee; St. John the Theologian Greek Orthodox Church in Panama City; or Trinity Episcopal Church in Apalachicola.
