He is survived by: his wife Mitzie Ann Zion; his brothers, Ron Zion and Jerry Keith Zion; his children, Brett Zion, Holly Zion, Mike Pierson and Kim Jones; his grandchildren, Andrea Jones-Wei, Amber Pierson, Jonathon Diaz, Kara Brand, Zachary Diaz and Hannah Verhalen; and his great grandchildren, Kilee, Ella, Mackenzie Brand, Brooklyn Diaz and Logan Wei.
