He was predeceased by: his father James Palmatier; and his wife Linda Palmatier. He is survived by: his mother Gladys Palmatier (Mike); his children, Stephan Palmatier, Brian Palmatier, Marty Jr., Amanda Doxey, Hyshon Pittman, John Pittman and Gean Pittman; his siblings, Jim Palmatier (Terri Pine), Phil Palmatier and Staycie Wofford; and his uncle Aleck Palmatier (Lynn). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren.
