She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Phillips and Bertha Phillips; her siblings, Wayne Philips, Emery Philips and Phyllis Wright; and her grandson Evan Young.
She is survived by: her husband Glenn Downes; her daughters, Chrissie Downes of North Carolina, Laurel Doster of Georgia and Cindy Young of Ocala; her brother Jackie Phillips; and her grandchildren, Justin Young, Emily Young, Noah, Wyatt, Ian Westerfield and Luke Wiegold.
