He is survived by: his parents, Marx William and Harriet Jane Lake; his daughter Courtney Lopez (Melvin); his siblings, Monte Lake (JoAnn), Jack Lake (Barb), Phillip Richard Lake (Joan), JaneAnn Sandbakken (Glen), Marcia, Raskauskas and Pam Wolf; and his grandchildren, Austin Lopez (Kristin), Madison Lopez and Trey Lopez.
