She was predeceased by: her parent LaFayette Stewart Chancey (Cotton). She is survived by: her mother Mary Medors; her brothers, Gene Chancey (Tab) and Robert Chancey (Shawna); her nephews, Joshua Chancey (Chantelle), Jeremy Chancey and Cole Chancey; her great-niece Bella Chancey; and her aunt Marie Bellamy.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Presbyterian Church in Fairfield (PO Box 834, Fairfield, FL 32634).
