He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl S. Baxley and Sadie Bell Baxley; his wife Elizabeth Baxley; his son Phil Baxley; and his brothers, Roland, Wendell, Olin and Donald.
He is survived by: his sons, Timothy E. Baxley (Lana Baxley) and David A. Baxley; his daughter-in-law Jenene Baxley; and his siblings, Earl S. Baxley, Geneveve, Betty, Sylvia, Jane, Linda, Robin and Connie. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
