She is survived by: her husband Anthony Machaj; her daughter Victoria Alvarez (Matthew); her grandchildren, Samantha, Rebecca and Keagan; her daughter Christina Kubicek; her grandchildren, Luke, Zachary, Levi and Alia; and her sisters, Paula Hughes (Charles), Cynthia Buchter (Harold) and Anna Mahan (Blair). She is also survived by Numerous other nieces, nephews and cousins.
