He is survived by: his wife J. Karen LaPensee; his children, Michael J. LaPensee, Michele Crouthamel (Jereme) and Shawn Shields (Logan); his daughter-in-law Carlee LaPensee; his sister-in-law Nancy LaPensee; and his brother Richard LaPensee (Carol). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking that donations be made to The Center of Anna Maria Island or The Rotary Club of Anna Maria Island.
