With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard W. Tompkins Jr. (Amelia Island, Florida), who passed away on April 10, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Cameron Ford and Richard W. Tompkins; his half-brother Fred Easman; and his stepbrother William Easman. He is survived by: his wife Amy; his children, Tiffany Tompkins (Bradenton), Richard Tompkins III (Pleasant Hill), Ashley Devery (Boulder) and Jimmy Tompkins (Ocala); his brother Ken Tompkins; his half-sister Linda Olson (Warren); his sisters-in-law, Cathy Saypol and Nancy Easman; his grandchildren, Daniel Craft, Erin Jones, Emily Devery, Conor Devery, Madelina Tompkins and Harper Lily Tompkins; his great grandchildren, Cameron Craft, Brendon Craft and Emelia Jones; his cousin William Scott; and his pet Clarence. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.

In lieu of flowers, please support those things closest to Dick's heart: kids, trees, animals, or youth sports.
