It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard G. McCormick (Amelia Island, Florida), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on June 30, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard McCormick and Mildred Weisse McCormick; and his sisters, Patricia Mertz and Arline Babiak. He is survived by: his wife Jane McCormick; his daughter Kate Van Savage (Paul) of Brunswick, Maine; and his grandchildren, Amanda McCormick, Jack McCormick, Jordan Van Savage, Tommy Van Savage and Hannah Van Savage.

The family asks that donations be made to the charity of one's choice in his memory.
