He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Charles and Florence Walter Cotner. He is survived by: his wife Jane Yoder Cotner; and his children, Jeanette Cotner Chaffee (Clay), John Cotner (Debby), Charles Cotner (Dana) and Ann Cotner Pittman (Ricky). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
