She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hightower and Jocelyn Hightower; and her grandparents, Joe, Audrey Jones and Ethel Itner.

She is survived by: her husband William Carey Webb; her daughter Shannon Webb Robertson; her son-in-law Johnathan Robertson; her sister Joan Hightower Fountain; and her grandchildren, Peyton Robertson, Hadley Robertson and Delaney Robertson.
