We are sad to announce that on July 10, 2022, Jill Vanderhaeghe Covie of Amelia Island, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frans Vandenbulcke and Jeanne Vanderhaeghe; and her aunt Andree Vanderhaeghe. She is survived by: her children, Carolle Sluszniak (John S. Spiech) and Jean-Paul Sluszniak; her brothers, Jean-Pierre (Michelene Vandenbulcke), Christian (Christine Vandenbulcke) and Francis (Catherine Vandenbulcke); her granddaughter Lara Sluszniak; her friends, Caroline, JoAnn and Jan; and her pet Heidi. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and Cousins.

Rather than flowers, the family asks donations be made in her memory the Humane Society of Nassau County, 639 Airport Road, Fernandina Beach, Florida 32034, 904.321.1647.
